Tooth aches

Okay, I have a really bad tooth ache. It started a couple days ago as a twinge in my neck and then it was a pain in the side of my face, yesterday it was a pain in my jaw, and just today it was a throbbing pain in one tooth, the upper right hand side at the rear one. If I take 800mg of Advil, I can walk and talk, but if I touch the teeth together or try to chew, I feel suicidal. I called my dentist back home, and they said I needed to get it checked out. I don't know what the dentists are like here, and if that is covered by my travel medical insurance. So she suggested I see a doctor, at least they would be able to tell if it was an abscess and if I needed antibiotics. Also, they could give me the good drugs (that much Advil eats away at your stomach lining). So I think I might go to the ER here (it's a really nice hospital, nicer than ones back home) tomorrow morning, if it is not better. Here is a link to the hospital LINK
