The story of Hapoor, an elephant from the park a long time ago, who used to terrorize the staff, and was ousted by other males who wanted to be the leaders. He escaped and had to be shot.
They stuffed and mounted Harpoor in the restaurant.
He got pretty close to us
We went on a guided safari, where we saw more elephants, kudu, bat-eared foxes, hares......
And lions!!
